JZJX Roots-reciprocating pump unit
Range of use
JZJX type Roots- vertical oil free reciprocating pump unit is connected in series using ZJ Roots pump as main pump and WLW-vertical oil free reciprocating pump as fore pump. It overcomes the low limit pressure and low pumping rate under certain pressure of WLW vacuum pump and at the same time retains the rapid working speed
and relatively high pumping rate advantages of ZJ Roots pumps. Therefore, the unit has been widely used for the vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation, crystallization of dehydration in the chemical industry, the freeze drying in food industry and the vacuum drying process in medicine industry, etc. The application of oil free selflubricating material makes the WLW vacuum pump have access to clean vacuum. Therefore, after equipped with exhaust gas collecting device at the air outlet, the unit could collect the gases which can not be solidified, compressed and collected in the high vacuum system such as pentadiene, benzene, toluene, etc to prevent them from discharging because of their low boiling point and difficulty in collection and polluting the environment.
